I was relaxing in my chair watching some Sci-Fi when an idea hit me between the eyes. Thankfully it wasn’t pointy or it would have been painful (grin). Yeah I know strange humor. I blame lack of sleep. LOL.
Anyway I tried to push the idea away and watch the movie. The movie was good darn it. {grin} Well it wouldn’t go away so I picked up the writing pad (I’ve learned to always have paper close to wherever I am) I had next to me and wrote what had come to me. Before I knew it I had partial of a new book. And you guessed it. I missed the rest of the movie. I’ll have to catch the repeat at a later date.
Ideas come at the most unexpected times and are fun. Building those initial scenes, characters or story line. All of it is an adventure.
